Welcome to www.nocapcleaning.com.au (Website). The Website offers cleaning services including but not limited to Routine Home Cleans, End of Lease Cleans and One-Off Cleans (Services).

The Website is operated by No Cap Cleaning (ABN 59 184 540 667). Access to and use of the Website, or any of its associated Products or Services is provided by No Cap Cleaning. Please read these terms and conditions (Terms) carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website, or any Services, immediately.

No Cap Cleaning reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication.

Acceptance of Terms

You accept the Terms by booking our services either over the phone, via email or any messaging service.

Registration to use the Services

In order to access the Services, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself such as identification or contact details including:

Residential address
Email address
Telephone number

You warrant that any information you give to No Cap Cleaning will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

Payment - Regular or One-Off Cleans

Payment will be required upon service completion via cash or bank transfer.

Customers will have seven (7) calender days to make full payment, after which an additional late charge will be applied of $25 per week that payment is not made.

Payment - End of Lease Cleans

A 50% deposit will be required upon booking for end of lease cleans, with the balance payable upon service completion. Deposit payments can be made via cash or bank transfer.

Payment - Further Information

In using the Website, the Services or when making any payment in relation to your use of the Services, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You acknowledge that No Cap Cleaning can vary the fee for Services at any time.

Complaints

Customers wanting to report dissatisfactions with the service provided by No Cap Cleaning must do so in writing within 24 hours of the completion of service. No Cap Cleaning will endeavour to rectify any issues at its discretion as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Refund Policy

No Cap Cleaning will only provide you with a refund of the Services fee if the owner of No Cap Cleaning makes a decision, at their absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

No Cap Cleaning understands that unplanned issues may come up resulting in the cancellation of a booked service. No Cap Cleaning requires a minimum of 24 hours notice of any cancellation. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe, may result in a cancellation charge of $25. This policy is enforced to ensure all customers have an opportunity to book and be serviced by No Cap Cleaning.

No Cap Cleaning retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Website and related Services. No Cap Cleaning does not grant you any rights whatsoever in relation to the Website (including but not limited to text, graphics or logos) or the Services.

Privacy

No Cap Cleaning takes your privacy seriously and any information provided through your use of the Website and/or Services are subject to No Cap Cleaning's Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website.

General Disclaimer

Nothing in the Terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to this clause, and to the extent permitted by law: all terms, guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions which are not expressly stated in the Terms are excluded; and No Cap Cleaning will not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage (unless such loss or damage is reasonable foreseeable resulting from our failure to meet an applicable Consumer Guarantee).

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that No Cap Cleaning, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability.

Competitors

If you are in the business of providing similar Services for the purpose of providing them to users for a commercial gain, whether business users or domestic users, then you are a competitor of No Cap Cleaning. Competitors are not permitted to use or access any information or content regarding any and all aspects of our business operation. If you breach this provision, No Cap Cleaning will hold you fully responsible for any loss that we may sustain and hold you accountable for all profits that you might make from such a breach.
